Privacy
This page explains what information Aletheia Studio collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email prabhanshu@joinaletheia.com.
The live demo
The demo at demo.joinaletheia.com is for a fictional company. When you use it we keep:
- the messages you send and the assistant's replies, so we can improve it;
- any details you choose to type into a demo booking or offer form (for example a name, phone number, email or ZIP code);
- a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to limit abuse. We do not store the address itself.
Demo bookings are not real appointments. Please don't enter information you wouldn't want stored.
Business outreach
We email owners and managers of heating and air businesses about our service. For that we use business contact details (name, job title, company and work email) and publicly available information about the business. Every email can be answered with a request to stop, and we then add the address to a do-not-contact list and never email it again.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run this: Google Workspace for email, AI model providers to write and answer messages, a web research service for public business information, and a hosting provider for our servers. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email prabhanshu@joinaletheia.com and we'll act on it promptly.
